Crossing My Fingers...and everyone else can join me if they want ;)
my second submition on raw coins from a large auction house.
Well here they sit at the infamous Quality Control, i have paid for express & photo as from past experiences i get the photos before the grade is put up anywhere...the only reason i pay the $3 geez im inpatient...anyway my first submission of a single 1886 morgan dollar in which the auction house( not sure if i can mention names here but its starts with an s....s and is one of the oldest firms im sure everyone can work that out...they are fantastic btw!) said it was a ms66...off it went and back it came...drum roll....... ms66..yes i know not a hard one to grade but they were on the money....next auction more raw coins this time from my pleasant first experience much more outlay...
1907 ms63 2.5 quarter eagle..looked nice for the 10 seconds i had it before being sent overnight to ngc
1906 ms63 5 half eagle - unsure if it will make 63 few light little dings scratches but have seen alot worse in a 63 slab
1898 s ms63 20 double eagle - my hope! yes s....s said it was a 63 but for the brief glimpse i gave it and although there was some weird dark toning over the grading areas?? it still looked everyday a 64.....
so im crossing my fingers and hoping! if they come back as the auction house said they would i would have got some nice coins at a decent price...if the 20 goes higher!)heres hoping...i made a wise choice....
lets hope the dont all come back au58's haha...or worse for me would be all 62's! doh just missing out..i hate that
anyway thatnks for listening to my ramble...cross ur fingers for me! u never know when good karma will come back!...3 fold ive heard!
