Taking a chance on Ugly

I randomly looked on eBay last night and found a 1943s NGC steel penny that was titled as Ugly MS67 http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=180229570219

I got it for about $25 after shipping, which is less than I have bid for 'lower' graded ones that I never managed to win. Of course, I know already that the seller really didn't like the coin, and I know that the price I paid isn't too bad if it is better then the seller thought, and a bit higher than I like (but not by much) if its 1 grade lower. Of course, I got it because I wanted a graded 1943 penny. (I have 2 that are raw and need to be graded, but the spare money is often fleeting.)

I do wonder, if I end up agreeing that it is ugly, would it be worth sending it in for a review when I do send in an order, as I did with a dime last year (that went in by itself actually) or just have it as a humorous piece. At any rate, since it mailed today from NH it should be here by Sat so I hope to get some pics up this weekend to see if anyone has an opinion that I did well because someone else though the coin ugly, poorly, etc. I did want a graded steel cent though, and the price was better than I have had any luck with before, so it would be really hard to regret the purchase, especially if the NGC guarantee applies.
