Most Small Block 4 Coin Proof Sets Grade PF 67

I recently submitted a 1999S 4 coin Silver Proof Set which I was able to obtain for $290. Upon receipt of set I checked out the four Silver Proof coins and was suprised to find that the set contained a

"Close AM" Lincoln Cent. This morning I received the Grades on the four, three graded PF 69 Ultra Cameo and the Dime graded PF 68 Cameo. These were the Highest grades I ever saw for a "Mint Assembled" Set. Not only were the grades high but finding a "Close AM in a regular set is RARE. Thank You NGC coin
