AND.. I got lucky the same day!!

Greetings!!

It has been a few days since I have been able to contribute here due to an injured hand, and changing jobs...all in the same week.

I had a rough go on the new job as it has been incredibly cold and the calls did not stop coming in to repair broken furnaces last week...the hours were gruelling and I did slip and sprain my right wrist in the snow. Doing much better now, though.

That was last week, and I questioned myself as to whether I really wanted to continue on this career path...bad week.

BUT Monday rolled around and my luck did change first thing that morning. I got LUCKY as I won the office Super Bowl pool ( $100) so the day started off great. The calls also subsided some so I got home at a godly time...where my wife hid my 2 skinny chicken packages from the mint!!

The bald eagle commems are just beautiful!! I have 1 proof and 1 uncirc, and, as I have read here some people feel they are "plain" ...I have to say they are plain beautiful!!

I love the design, especially the obverse with the soaring eagle..just spectacular!!

Having said that, I STILL think the reverse resembles a "skinny chicken" ...and I bought it, so I can name it whatever I want!

Anyway, please wish me luck as I continue on the new job, keep me in your thoughts!!
