Continued From "WOW!! talk about fast"

I don't want to rant and rave. However, I am so disheartened I almost feel like quiting this hobby. Today I recieved my coins back from NGC. My anticipation and excitment was so overwhelming. I could hardly keep my mind on work, waiting for the coins to come back. I had visions of my coins in their new holders and such. What a surprise when I opened this large FEDEX box sent from NGC. NONE of my coins were crossgraded. There they were in "Bodybags". I was kind of given unclear notice why on the labels, but now what do I do. I Had been told by many collectors and dealers that ICCS was the most conservative grader for Canadian Coins. I thought that this would be easy. I buy some top graded ICCS coins ( big money ) and get them crossgraded to NGC to finnish up my PL quarter registry set with top coins. I was told by customer support that if I wanted the ICCS card to cut it off before sending them in. That I did. Now, I am told that the coins don't even meet the quality standards to even slab them at their equal grade. they were sent back. Now, since I cut off the card I technically have raw coins . All that big money out the window. I have asked NGC for advice and help and I now wait for possibly another let down. My hesitation about sending them in, in the first place, and cutting the card off was correct.( see "help" article) Let me say I Hold no malice, but given the fact that I did ask for advice from the customer support, and this being my first submission, I do sit here now dumbfouded, in shock, and numb about this whole experience.
