Your words are most appreciated. Your viewpoints well taken. A few tidbits of information follow below for questions let unanswered that are contained in my 4th journal entry which was pulled. Let me say that NGC pulled my journals once I posted my final installment, the one that really shows the problems and the lack of response by Heritage. I have documentation to substantiate EVERY ITEM I put into my journals, my diary, my experiences. In reading NGC policy on journals and their legal disclaimer they have no reason to censor me. I am not defaming their client, I'm simply stating the facts just as they happened. I am also an NGC client. Do I get treated different because I am not the size of Heritage? I'd like to think not.

If my last journal (#4) was still posted you would see that I have pushed my concerns to the Executive VP level and still have no resolution or answers to some of my issues. They do not even contact me any longer.

As far as how widespread the issue is I think that you would be quite surprised at the number of individuals who have contacted me with their own stories and apologizing for not taking the steps that I have to communicate to others. I did not expect to hear from as many as I did.

I agree with the remainder of your points. Heritage may be a decent company but I cannot determine that when I cannot get my coin back that did not sell in November and no one can explain why they canceled a winning bid on a lot in the FUN auction. These are facts.

Burying your head in the sand, so-to-speak, deleting my journals documenting my experience and ignoring my emails and phone calls will not make me go away. It simply is giving validation to my cause and will make me forge on in my effort to educate others until such time that I can effect change. I can do it alone or others can join with me to say that things are not working.
