NGC grading

I finally sent 5 morgans.. older ones that I have had for a while...a 1893 S...1894..1895 O...1889 CC.. and 1893 CC...

I was a bit dissapointed...but then again not surprised...

being still pretty new to collection... the 2 CC's came back improperly cleaned... and the 93S.. came back FA 2...a bit lower then I had hoped for. the other 2 were just about where I thought they might be.. VF 30. I am learning more that I should be buying graded coins instead...so I will absolutely know what I am getting.... even thought the costs are higher... I think they are worth the price. I have 100's more that I will start sending in... a complete liberty 1/2 set plus lots of other morgans and peace dollars...After I get these back I can start to fill in and upgrade...but WOW... this is starting to get expensive. So hard for a new collector to properly grade coins without having them in ones hand.. even then I didn't figure on the improperly cleaned. Stll learning.
