Guys, I am batting "zero" in downloading scans of my PCGS coins, in the signature section. I have no problems in the competitive section. Maybe there is some kind of esoteric, clandestine code that only certain prople have the right to use.

I have done everything I can. Either I am not computer literate enough, or intelligent enough, or I'm doing something I'm not supposed to be doing, violating the rules. All of my pictures are between 40kb to 60kb. I have been trying to do this for over 2 weeks If someone knows how to do this, I would really appreciate some help.
