The offer I did not take
Will it come back to haunt me?
So, after much thought and personal deliberation...and err...ok mumbling to myself....nightmares...etc.
I decided not to take the "NGC 69 2006 Bullion One of 1st 50,000" coins I was thinking very hard about acquiring. I am sure it would be a great addition to my collection, but I just cannot bring myself to buy a bullion coin, graded or not, for $60.00.
Now, I am positive this is going to come back and haunt me. 2006 is a real banner year for American Eagle Silver coins. But on the other hand, a graded bullion silver eagle ( ms 69) is only going for about $27.00. So, thats DOUBLE the cost.
The thing I wonder though, is the 1st of one of 50,000 struck pedigree something worth the extra money? I kinda am inclined that the above may be a fancy word for "1st strike" or "early release" but...who knows??
Yes, I know, this obsession is really going to get me some day...and It must be bugging all of you who dare read this!!
Have a great week..thanks for reading, happy hunting!!
