What is a good price?

So, the other day I bought a 2007 bullion Silver Eagle coin from a mail source and I ASSUMED ( we all know what happens when we ASSUME) it would come to me in a plastice coin holder as most would when most coins are ordered.

But it came to me in a padded envelope wrapped in a small coin sized envelope.

I thought thwe coin looked pretty sharp until I transferred it into a coin holder holding a 1993 Silver Eagle that is tarnishing a bit ( another story) and I looked closer and see tiny scratches from the paper envelope.

Bummer...

Where is a good source for coin holders and how much should I pay?
