I've got a submission that's been in Quality Control for over a week

I don't know why I'm so anxious to find out how my submission came out. I put it in before I got my last one back, and that was a disaster. I put in 11 Morgans, and Lord only knows how many will come back in body bags. I've got an 1890-CC VAM-4 Tail Bar that is almost guaranteed to get bounced, based upon what I've learned by recent submissions. I'm hoping and praying that my 1878 7/8TF and 1879-O come back with grades. Guess I'll be waiting another day or two, or three...

NGC: If you're reading this. I'm not complaining. I know that you do the best you can. However, can I make a suggestion? Could you break the status "Quality Control" into more of it's individual components? That way, your customers would have a better gauge of where their orders are in the process.
