Upgrades

I have had the same experiance as Jackson on several occasions. The last upgrade I tried was about a year ago. I had a 1802 Bust Dollar graded by Anacs as AU50. I first sent it into PCGS for an upgrade and it came back in same holder. I decided to crack it out and send it to NGC. It came back as cleaned. I ended up sendind it back to PCGS and to my final dismay it came back XF45. Point being I should have stayed with the AU50 Anacs.
