If you're not the lead dog, the view doesn't change much

Sigh...

I guess I must've picked a bad time of year to forward coins in for Submission. I've had coins sitting in a RECEIVED status since 4/3. Since I've mailed the coins, I've watched the Estimated Turnaround for Economy move from 21 working days to 29 days, and then now to 30.

I'm not complaining about the level of service from NGC. Far from it. They have been really great people to deal with, and I have nothing but praise for all of them. They are quite honest in disclosing to their members what the various service tiers entail, and that if you use Economy, then you're gonna wait. I just felt like lending words to my frustrations by posting this journal, and see if any of you out there are also stuck in my situation.
