I hope the System still WORKS

As a follow-up to my two earlier postings (titled "System WORKS" and "System WORKS, Part 2"), I received three additional 20th Anniversary ASE sets from the mint on December 21. (Piecemealing the maximum of 10 sets into smaller orders allows me some flexibility with pedigree grading, etc.). On December 22 I created my invoices and shipped them to NGC using the exact same process as before on two other sets. Last night I was browsing the NGC/CCG websites and noticed a new tier--Modern-Special--which is now supposed to be used to submit these special sets. I suppose the extra $2.50/coin for this tier is to defray the special handling costs. Anyway, this tier was not an option to select on December 22 when I created my invoice. NGC's offices are closed today, so I can't speak to anyone, so I sent an email. I hope that this can be administratively corrected so my special sets can be properly pedigreed.
