Labeling Coins Incorrectly

I received a e-mail from NGC about a recent inquiry about the 2017 Britannia. I wanted to know if I could send a coin that was labeled "Britannia" and have it relabeled "Britannia Radial Sunburst". The response I received was that Yes I could. Further in the e-mail they stated that they are no longer labeling the plain field Britannia's with the term "Plain Fields". In my opinion, the coin is different from the regular Britannia issue and should be labeled as "Plain Fields". Anyone else think not labeling the coins as "Plain Fields" is wrong and incorrect?
