Found error dollar in wallet, is it a rare error???

I hope I did the summiting paper work correct for PMG. These guy love perfect paperwork.

Found an one dollar error bill in my wallet, what caught my attention to it was that good old George looked like a wolfman. Heavy print lines, in George's portrait.

Will let you know what PMG said about if its an error or not.
