Mirror like surfaces

Just to kill some time and get back to coin collecting, I goet $2-$3 in pennies and sort through them for the copper (pre-1982), and some great condition pre and post 1982. Today's find was a 1963, my birth year, in BU and some 1997's. Hard to believe 1997 was 17 years ago. Anyhows, I had come across some 2013's with a mirror like finish. Are there any designations?
