NGC Award ..... Finally
I joined NGC right before the 25th Anniversary Silver Eagles came out to take benefit of the grading costs to a dealer as opposed to sending them a dealer. I began registering sets shortly thereafter.
based on scores several of my sets should've been ranked #1 because they were graded 70 but for whatever reasons they weren't and from what I could tell the date registering the set didn't affect the ranking. But a few were ranked #1. I was hoping to get an award for 20
