Does NGC grade medieval coins?

i am back and feeling healthier so i have a couple of questions. i was just wondering if ngc will grade medieval coins like the one i posted a pitcure of. or if this would be a waste of time. the coin i show is not that great but just using as an example. i still collect U.S. coins but wanted to try some world coins. any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks and have a great day. Can anyone tell me how cac works?

Who do i submit to? I am curious as to how cac works. do i send a coin to ngc and then it is examined for a cac label. or is that a totally seperate process. Is this double headed penny real?

1972/1973d i am not sure if this is real or not. i want to send it in to get graded but want to make sure it was not just a novelty piece/fake. i found it in my collection today while looking for a few coins to send in for grading. it looks real but i am definitely not an expert on coins. still learning. any help would be great! I AM LOOKING TO PURCHASE SOME. I want to purchase some of the santa claus christmas 1 ounce silver bars. Not sure if that is the correct name for them as i am still learning. I love christmas and would like to purchase some raw and have them graded. I know that can cost more sometimes than just purchasing them graded. To Grade or not too Grade?

1979-1981 SUSAN B ANTHONY brilliant uncirculated set of 9 coins by the United States Mint. Hi everyone! I am new to this so bear with me please. I recently purchased the SUSAN B ANTHONY SET FROM 1979-1981. 3 of each year for a total of 9 coins. I thought about sending these off but not sure if that is a good ideal. Any ideals?
