Like most other people I've been known to buy things on impulse. Sure enough last time I was out shopping, I found a nice walking liberty half. I bought it, but likely should have just held onto the money. I checked what they have been selling for at auctions lately and overpaid by about 25%. Sure I got to pick it but I'm not sure that it is that much nicer than the ones that could have been had site unseen. For a bit more than I paid, I could have ordered one in 66 in
Faster site
While this isn't exactly collecting related, I logged in today to add some recent walkers to the set, and wow the site moves so much faster. I'm not sure what they changed over there, but WOW.
It was impressive enough that I felt the need to create my first journal entry.
