A Gentleman on EBay is using the Grade Name NGP;
(Numismatic Grading Pros) Giving Coins the Grades above and beyond the coins physical appearance. Example: 1954-D Franklin 50c MS-65 Grades for $110.00 and NGP's Grading is MS-68, and the actual appearance of the coin by the naked eye is clearly AU/MS-60 priced at $20.00 Big Difference.
NGP is very close to our Used Grading Name NGC, now the problem is the seller on EBay (mr.morgan) is
