Even if you are able to smell a rat, recognise a fake "Mickey Mouse", differentiate between "Mickey" and "Minnie", its your words vs his. Slabbing it would be easier than a verbal war.

saw an earlier post on this and I thought I would like to add something of my own...
imagine buying a coin from a canadian seller with over 10k of positive feedback...he seems reputable enough to write in the title that the coin is graded MS.
He added a disclaimer that he will only accept return if the coin is slabbed and graded otherwise. Fine with me since everyone's opinion is different.
But lo and behold! The coin came back graded XF45 and is slabbed in N
