My hats off to Amy Lorenzo once again. Sent some of my proof shield nickels in for star designation review and got four back as such. But when I tried and tried to relist them they would not show up with the star designation. Sent an email to Amy Monday night with all the information and by 8:15 AM the next morning she had it fixed and listed in my set. Noticed where someone had the same issue as I did with a coin that was already listed in the registry. Scared me a little since I purchased at a show with cash. Was contacted by Amy Lorenzo in just a few hours about the listing. They contacted the previous owner and straightend it out in less than 48 hours. My hats off to the lady for doing such a good job. Thanks NGC staff I think you are doing a good job.
