You can't apply blanket statements like that to all eBay sellers.

When I first saw the NGC report about the reverse of 2007, I immediately ran to eBay to see if any were available (I only looked for MS70). No auctions were up at that time.

Cracked the 100,000 registry points mark
I just entered my 2008 Presidential dollar proofs, and am now above 100,000 registry points. Not bad since I only started collecting in September of 2007. Granted I have mostly modern coins, but I collect what I like.
I am amazed by the distance between the #1 and #2 total registry points. #1 has over 4.3 million points, and #2 has only 1.1 million points. It seems that 'Gardner' is in a league of his own.
