I need input from the best of you.
I am in the process of selling out most all ...if not maybe every coin that I have. The economy has hit hard. So.. I am looking for input as to the best way to sell out and get the most for my collection. Teletrade? Heritage? EBay? I have had a few contacts from this collection site and have been offered less than anywhere I have ever sold before. I know you all are looking for the best deals you can get also... but... anyway I do really respect all your

I knew this time would come someday... but not so soon.... bad economy, kids in college, business income down... so my coin collection has to go... except for the better peace set.... that will go last if I have to. NGC grading
I finally sent 5 morgans.. older ones that I have had for a while...a 1893 S...1894..1895 O...1889 CC.. and 1893 CC...
I was a bit dissapointed...but then again not surprised...
being still pretty new to collection... the 2 CC's came back improperly cleaned... and the 93S.. came back FA 2...a bit lower then I had hoped for. the other 2 were just about where I thought they might be.. VF 30. I am learning more that I should be buying graded coins instead...so I will absolutely
Fake NGC holders
I can't agree more... that NGC MUST change their policy and hide most of the id #'s from the public.. with only the owners and NGC being able to see the full numbers. It is truely amazing how much more an NGC coin will sell for.. vs one of the lesser 3rd party graders. No wonder that the counterfeiters are using NGC as their model with so much more to be made this way. And if we are to put out trust in NGC and their grading sservices... then they owe it to us to do the most
This is becoming addictive
I have always liked collecting... mostly morgans and peace dollars...and have learned alot in the past few years. Almost all of my silver dollars are not slabbed...what a mistake... as now I can see what I purchased when I was first starting out..and what I thought I was buying... but the graded coins... look so much better... and now make me feel so much better.
