Auction bid frenzy!!!
I am a newbie to coin collecting but auctions are also very new to me. I am not a rich person and I have found out that I love coin collecting. I know there are a lot of coin dealers and stores where one can obtain what they want but I have found the autions most reasonable if you know when to stop bidding and wait for the next one to come up and try again. Has anyone come up with a reasonable percentage of retail as a bid where with patience you will eventually get wh
PF 70 Slap in the face.
This morning I was entering a 1999-P SBA into a competition set in the registry, my first PF70; an exciting moment for me since I just starting collecting coins this year. It is NGC certified and not in the data base. Possible conterfiet? My heart sank. We'll see what happens.

The verification data did come up and there is no counterfeit capsule. As Revenant said don't panick. Every thing is fine. Slow moment for the computer is probably all it was.
