As I was waiting for my 20th Anniversary Silver Eagle sets from the mint I was reading about how great these were going to be. When they did arrive I had to sign for them as usual at the Post office window.
When the clerk brought the box to me she stated that the box was ripped open on the side and it had to be tape to keep what was in side there.
