1816909-navflag.gif1816909-flgpow3.gifFor my buddy Sam who passed this past year..He served aboard the USS Pope,After being sunk and left in the water,For a while to bait in other ships to fire on by Japanise subs, He was picked up and sent to a Jap prisoner of war camp..He told me he was only there for "A Bit".. An after action report of the battle.

And my Dad who died a little over a year ago...
