German die error..

Has any one see this error. the date is well out and the woman has 7 fingers. you may be able to see it in the scan

Just looking at the picture the extra fingers seem to have the flat shelf-like appearance of mechanical doubling, but the date looks more like true hub doubling, so

Thanks to you all for that.. i know the coin is in poor condition but i think i will send it to NGC and get it slabed just for a keepsake!
