This one looks “dead.” Not sure what the problem is. I’d like to see it in hand before I would bid on it. It does not look PL to me.

I think it's a nice coin. Looks like the image was taken under flourescent light, which always makes luster look "dead". I'll guess it's MS-63, but likely not prooflike.

Scratch on the cheek is very distracting and a most looked at feature which will detract from grading.Hoever what disturbs me on this piece is what the mark is next to the "m" on Unum ... to perfect a semi circle makes it look like a clasp for jewelry not sure on that though. The breast has a couple of hits but nice detail. MS62 not PL - loss of luster looks light a lighting issue to me too.
