How much is this penny worth?

I am always told the coin is worth what it can be sold for, but how do you gage an error such as this? It is up for auction on Heritage. 2006 August Denver, CO Signature & Platinum Night Auction #414 .

I am guessing it does, which is prolly $1.00 to $1,000,000.00 If I was a betting man I would set the over/under at $35,000 and I think it would be close to that.

Right now I am the high bidder at $700 for the IHC Error, but with a 1K cieling I don't think that will last for long. I can't figure out how to post a link to heritage , but this is a nice 1943 wrong planchet (Cuba 1 Centavo) probably also out of my reach
