I like the toning on that one, however I am going to have to say that you're clinically insane when it comes to your obsession over the morgan dollars. You could save the board a whole lot of space if you put these in the 'Post Your Most Recent Acquisition' thread at the top of the page... I mean, unless you specifically had a question on the coin. Not trying to be mean, but you seem to have a lot of these morgans lately.

I personally think anyone who collects coins is a bit touched. As I understand it this is a coin collecting forum...and as I am quite appreciative of recieving directions when I ask, Unsollicited ones are niether required or needed...But thanks just the same.

And "Not to be mean" I think there is already a safety patroll for the boards.

I have also aquired and posted CBH's, 3C nickels, Half cents and Peaces.

As well as Buff's,Barbers,Dimes,Half dimes,Vams,SMS sets,Kennedys, Lincolns,Errors,Etc ,Etc.

If you are unable to appreciate what I post,Sorry.

AND Yes I have been getting a lot of these Morgans lately. thumbsup2.gif

Patrick, this one seems like a change for you. Most of the others haven't had nearly this much tone. I don't know if that's your preference or just what your coin dealer has had in stock. Which do you prefer - the blast white Morgans or the ones with some color?

I love naturally toned coins. My dealer usually has blast white coins in his display case.

It's really strange in a way.I bought this coin for $30.00 but if it were blast white(He had one in his case at the same grade) It would be $10.00 more.

I think most of his clients are into white coins so I get lucky from time to time.

That is strange. I hadn't heard of discounting toned coins.
I have a hard time understanding it myself. But I got this 24Peace for about $20.00. To Me it is one of the Nicest reverses I have seen.I guess I am going to have to Deal with it. cloud9.gif
