Worst AT Job Ever?

20 posts in this topic

First destroying a coin in such a manner is just plain wrong and then try to push this junk on Ebay is criminal as far as I’m concerned.

It seems to me that some folks need a good whack with a shovel up along side their heads. makepoint.gif

I started giggling the instant the picture of this coin showed up. How outrageously, ridiculously funny!

If his shipping charge wasn't so idiotic, I'd buy one just for a good laugh!

strange thing is, that guy has positive 366 feedback over the past 12 months with no negative or neutral (in the past 12 months)

So does that mean everyone that buys from him is a fool?

Or is it that people like you guys look at coins like this and run away screaming meaning only people who don't know any better buy from him, hence his good feedback?

I would think that statement about sums it up.

Since I would NEVER buy such a coins and neither would most knowledgable collectors they aren't in the position to give negative feedback, would they?

The PROBLEM is that people don't seem to want to educate themselves. However, if people who bought the coin like it then why should they give a negative feedback? They are satisfied with transaction so who's to say it was a bad transaction? IMO, it really isn't anyone else's business other than the two parties. If the buyer wants to get educated he is free to come into this forum and ask questions.

I don't agree that coin is AT. It looks like a botched artificial frosting job, where halfway though the guy realized he'd mixed up his chemicals!! So he dumped the POS for bullion (not wanting to be caught) but some insufficiently_thoughtful_person bought it to sell on the ever respectable Ebay--

Ugh! That one is equally terrible. Even if a buyer was somehow confused by one of the AT jobs screwy.gif you would think that they could look at the rest of his coins and note the guilt by association. This is the same [embarrassing lack of self control] AT job on all the coins.
