This is a coin Made in Mexico Carolus III, Made from the 1790's to early 1800's These came in 1R, 2R, 4R, and 8R. R stands for Reales. The mint is Mo(Mexico City). From the looks of you coin I will say its 1790's and it looks like a 2R. But I can't read it since its been worn away. Not much value on this coin as it would be if it were American. A great coin to own if you ask me. If this coin is a 2R its about the size of a US QTR... 4R is about Half Dollar Size and 1R is just over a dime size.

The numastic value may not be super high, but is still a piece of history. I would say $10.00 or so
