Coin showing DELETED but I have it in hand

I have a coin here I got from Heritage with the number 234899-011 and when I tried to put it in my registry set it said the number wasn't found and then i went to check and its showing deleted

just curious... what causes that? Was the coin reslabbed or something?

In most cases where a coin will not show up in the Registry, it is due to a submission not being marked in the system as fully shipped. If a coin is not marked in the system as shipped, the registry will not recognize it.

 

Of course, the submission is physically shipped out but our shipping representative would have made an error in answering the final question, 'Is this submission shipped in full? Y or N'. The answer to this question changes the status in the system to 'finalized and shipped'. A simple change in the status makes the entry available to the registry and the cert verification tool.
