Would it be safe to say this is this is an 1817 over 1813?

Would you know the reason why the 5 on the reverse leans forward?

Beautiful coin with even wear throughout. 🤔

I do not believe there is a single member who would challenge your unique claim of intergenerational provenance! 😉
