ldhair
Thanks everyone. It came from Bowers and Merena about 15 years back. I recall saying to myself at the time, "Man you are an 1d10t for spending that kind of money on a cent".

chinook
The 55 DDO is a true smoker, Larry! I may have already shown this coin in this thread, if so, I apologize- Look at all those scratches under Lincoln's chin. Obviously not a coin for you, I'll pay for you to ship it to me for melting. SkyMan
First off, great copper coins everyone. Second, thank goodness we've moved into the 20th century, although I thought the rules were it had to be copying the exact same type and or date, so going from Shield nickel to Buffalo nickel isn't kosher. Third, here's a (1957-D) Lincoln and then a switch to Ben.

robec1347
SA-WEEEEET, Bob!!! COOL looking die repolish lines on the obverse. Those are actually holder polish lines. Someone, I can't remember who, but it was a well respected member of this board and ATS, posted a remedy for getting rid of all the scratches on the holder. Well, you can see, it didn't work for me. I think that eventually I'll re-holder. BTW - not a DCam, but an NGC PF68 Cam.
