The only flaws I can see that may have dropped it is it looks like around the rim in some spots didn't get a full Satin coverage. Other than that the fields and details have no flaws or scratches. I would like a better look at the reverse. The mint mark looks re-punched, and I'm wondering if the lower part of the torch might have been the result of a grease filled die.
