My newest coin & a thank you...

Here are a few quick pics of my newest purchase. I received this coin from a fellow collector and friend who can identify himself if he so chooses. Just thought I'd share the pics and offer a thank-you to its previous owner.

Nice coin! Is that certified? I'd have to guess an MS-66 with a nice strike.

Man oh man, THAT IS BEAUTIFUL! Wowee, I could look at a coin like that all day!

 

I'll guess it's MS-66, but that is such a lovely piece, they could grade it G-6 . . . . or MS-78 for all I care. The grade just isn't important! It's the EYE-APPEAL!

To all, Thanks for all your kind words. This is the first coin that make me feel like this:

 

Like I've heard so many times, pictures simply do not do this coin justice. I'm going to take some more pics this weekend to try and show the color and will post them when I do.

it is better but the purple you see is not purple but fantastic pastel red

 

mike this is an impossible coin to photo if you get the colors right then you will make a few grown buffalo collectors weep with this one year yes one year proof type coin e
