I don't know Jazzy, the stike alone in my mind precludes if from 66. I would expect that a 66 would be fully struck with full feather tips and diamonds.

The TPG's do not take factor the strike into coins graded MS65 and higher. Go to the Heritage and Teletrade archives, and see the sad truth about the pops! A weak struck coin get the same reviews as an EDS struck coin! Hence, the greatest coin collections do not reside in certified slabs! Nor are they the best coins going to auction!

Whether we like it or not, TPGs do not seem to take strike into account much. The images of this coin are not particularly revealing, but the coin gives me the impression of being pretty darned nice, if a little carbon spotty. I like the color.
