Trade Dollar Grading

I'm wondering if anyone has any thoughts on whether this coin would be graded or not. Please note the small indentation on the rim around 6 o'clock.

in hand sight seen i might change my mind but i doubt it

but anything is possible

It looks like a scan, so the coin probably has more luster in your hand. I think it will easily grade AU or better, perhaps much better ,

Just to follow up...this came back "improperly cleaned" if anyone was wondering. I'm sure that's hard to see from the picture though.

it is a good scarce really desirable coin

 

i would put the coin in an album and let it tone up to acquire a skin to it

 

personally i like the coin and i have no problems with it

 

keep it raw

 

and with the luck of the draw in a couple of years send it back in and more than likely it will get slabbed

Let me know if you decide to sell it, how much you want for it. I'm GUESSing that it's net value is about $100. Nonetheless, again from a scan, it doesn't look that bad. Michael offers a good suggestion.
