1771 Danske Skilling???

I have no idea bout this coin. I purchased it about a year ago for fifty cents from a local goin guy. Any info on this coin would be greatly appreciated. 08_1_sbl.JPG5c_1_sbl.JPG

Composition: copper. Ruler: Christian VII. SizeL 29 mm. Note: Varieties in size of crown exist 27.05-31.45 mm; weight varies 8.83-14.1 g; Struck at Copenhagen, Altona, and Kongberg. This type was struck during the period 1771-1785 with a frozen date and in large quantities. See the book "1 1771 Skilling" by Frank Pedersen, Numismatisk Forening pub., Denmark, 1991.

Some of the pieces of the type can be worth a few bucks (up to around 50 bucks) in lower grades, but I did not take the time to attempt identifying the type. Might be tough without the coin in-hand. Krease's World Coins comes in several volumes (17th cen, 18th cen, 19th cen 20th cen-present), which can be pricey, but Amazon carry's them and they are worth the investment.
