Is this an eBay scammer posing as Heritage ?

Heritage has several eBay IDs if I recall correctly. I don't know if this is one of them, however it would seem pretty brazen for a scammer to go to that much detail to pretend to be Heritage. Having a username that misleads someone to believe they are Heritage is one thing, but actually plastering their info on their about page is a whole other level!
