Nice piece Lou,what does that one grade? 64?

I've noticed that 64 is what everyone guesses when they haven't a clue. wink.gif I don't give a rat's bum about assigning a grade to describe the condition of this coin. Hmmm . . . I must be in a lousy mood today. blush.gif

Looks like a full red gem to me anyway. thumbsup2.gif

I was tempted to get the other 2 centesimi he had, the one with Umberto, but then I cancelled that too, in favour of a nicely toned Chile peso that sold at around 700% of its Krause value. My 600% bid wasn't even enough to claim the underbidder status. sorry.gif

600% on a $20 coin that old isn't a strong bid at all, slabbing alone runs about 1x Krause.

Too bad, that coin was a monster - can't imagine there are too many like that out there.

You're right,I don't know what the grade is...however it could be 64 in my eyes from the picture.
