just had two NT morgans BB`d today! listed as ART toning. wow! i guess i wont be cracking out any more PCGS (ogh) for NGC. they dropped the bal! l will post pics when i get them.

Lets take a look when you post the pics. How do you know the coins were NT?

Two things to keep in mind that the certification of a coin reflects the opinion of the TPG and that many previously slabbed coins may now come back in a bag as AT because the services have learned that those coins were AT to begin with.
