Is this FE a DDO?

Sorry for posting this again, and thank you to Spider for resizing the image, but it got buried in my last thread, and I want to know if any of the variety experts see a DDO (on the right wing)...or is that just how the device was designed?

Jazzy: I believe this is a larger scan of the NGC graded one in another post? From what I see in the scan -- it appears to me it's mechanical doubling damage (MDD) on the wing.
