Guess the grade-NGC "rainbow" Ike *grade revealed*

NGC graded this coin MS-64. I would agree with you all that it is overgraded! I bought the coin for the color and was shocked when I had it in hand;no way that someone could call this a 64...

We used to call those "chicken scratches". Poorly struck out planchet which in most cases with an Ike is around the rim but this one is worse than normal. Plus, this is a 76-P Type 1 which is one of the worst Ikes made. I'd have to go with a 62 or 63.
