No Way this coin is MS - Breast feathers are flat not uniform meaning wear NOT strike - The Hairlines at the forehead are flat indicating wear - Tremedous amout of bag markage on the obverse - Unfortunately Reverse is nice - So the killer is the obverse to this grade

I agree with an earlier post that I can't tell whether the wekness is wear or weakness in strike. I would reluctantly say 58 but with a possabilty for a 62*. That reverse is definately worth the star if it comes out anything above 60.

There was a recent thread on this,I remember it being about a coin grading below MS-63 that had the * designation.Does anyone else remember this? Link?
