Dealer & Auction House Websites

10 posts in this topic

While making the rounds, I noticed that both ANR and the Goldbergs have revamped their websites. There are now scores of dealer and auction house websites on the internet. Which dealer and/or auction house, in your opinion, has the best website in terms of content, function, and graphic design? This question is about the best website, not about the best dealer.

I haven't visited that many dealer websites but ANR's new website is a great improvement over the old one in graphics and design. You can even order online (finally!). Their coin photos have been good for some time.

I agree that the Heritage auction archives are one of -- if not the -- most valuable resources on the web when it comes to buying/selling.

I enjoy the organization and functions of the DLRC website.

I buy a lot from DLRC, from ANR, less from Heritage. Problem: terrible images on Heritage site. If I could truly see the coin, I would buy more from them. I used to buy regularly, many auction coins from B&M but since HRH/Bowers fiasco, nothing.

HRH/Bowers?

Please tell more...
