Your image makes the coin look exactly like machine doubling, for which there is no premium. I strongly urge you to get a copy of Cherrypickers and to read and study the introduction where the difference between doubled dies and machine doubling is explained and illustrated. It will help you quite a bit.

Cherrypickers' Guide is indeed an excellent reference, and I agree that your coin looks strike doubled.
